Episode 18 - His Royal Heinous
In an attempt to gain some respect, or maybe just because he's nuts, Josh declares himself to be royalty. The "Mahdaraja," in fact. Yes, everyone but Josh realizes that's not an actual title. It doesn't matter, because Ben ignores his royal heritage and continues to be a jerk at every opportunity.
