Episode 64 - High Uintas aka I Wish Ted Bundy Lived Next Door

Roll out the red carpet and sound the trumpets! The Kings of Drink Mountain have retaken the throne! This time, Ben is fed up with Josh spreading vicious Twitter rumors about him refusing to do beer shows. Friends of the show (hi, Bum Wine Bob and Lost Episode Ben, ya dicks!) piled on and even a local brewery got in on the act. Ben is now calling everyone's bluff and Uinta Brewing's reputation is on the line. The boys have a sampler of four beers from them to see which is best. Braindead Trivia returns, along with a new companion game that we'll just call Sexy Hat. It's even worse than it sounds. Then there's an amazing display of patriotism as they salute a truly horrifying version of the American flag. Plus, the proper way to drink beer (DAINTY CUPS FOREVER!), Josh's preferred neighbors, the worst fish imaginable, and a new way to eat cheese bread. Get all this (and more! It inspires a very frank discussion about early mormon president, Jason Alexander. The boys also have a nice chat about Josh's Greenlandic skills, Ben's blackjack skills, and just who has the skills to do the most horrendous cleaning job on Earth. Then Josh struggles through another round of Braindead Trivia; one that will have you screaming at your radio...er, computer...or whatever. It all culminates in a desperate plea for an admittedly rough charitable "donation." Who will finally "Take One For The Team"? This time, we're not only taking home the trophy as America (and Greenland)'s Favorite Podcast, but for best original score, as Ben busts out the guitar for some light accompaniment. It's too bad he can't play it. He's also backed up by some wind chimes as it's our first ever outdoors episode. Probably the last too, as Ben is hyper and weird and Josh gets really disgusting, even for him. The high-sugar, high-caffeine drink probably didn't help, either. Plus, there's an attempt at some Braindead Trivia, Rebecca Black sequels, and a live acoustic rendition of a couple very familiar (to all you big DWJ fans) tunes. O Uta-ha, our home and native land...

 Industry! That's right, Ben and Josh are showing their Utah pride and trying a "Utah's Own" beverage. Amazingly, it's alcoholic (it's not banned here, just ALMOST banned). The pride lasts about...5 seconds before they start making fun of Provo (Provo sucks), Utah in general, and one another. This episode also features another (of what we're now calling) Impromptu Cooking Chat, Josh's beautiful covers of "Kokomo" (including the Aussie remix), a by turns hilarious and disturbing round of Braindead Trivia, Josh's latest horrific business venture, and Josh's new TV cartoon project!
