Episode 64 - High Uintas aka I Wish Ted Bundy Lived Next Door

Roll out the red carpet and sound the trumpets! The Kings of Drink Mountain have retaken the throne! This time, Ben is fed up with Josh spreading vicious Twitter rumors about him refusing to do beer shows. Friends of the show (hi, Bum Wine Bob and Lost Episode Ben, ya dicks!) piled on and even a local brewery got in on the act. Ben is now calling everyone's bluff and Uinta Brewing's reputation is on the line. The boys have a sampler of four beers from them to see which is best. Braindead Trivia returns, along with a new companion game that we'll just call Sexy Hat. It's even worse than it sounds. Then there's an amazing display of patriotism as they salute a truly horrifying version of the American flag. Plus, the proper way to drink beer (DAINTY CUPS FOREVER!), Josh's preferred neighbors, the worst fish imaginable, and a new way to eat cheese bread. Get all this (and more! Episode 63 - DWJ BLOs

Settle in, royal court, your Kings (of Drink Mountain) have taken the throne! Or at least the "campsite." Yes, Ben and Josh return to review a new-ish alcoholic beverage. Ben saw it in the store and was laughing at it, when Josh jumped in to defend it. So Ben just made fun of Josh, instead (as usual). In addition to another expert drink review, there's World Cup chat, Josh's horrendous "Ceiling Hitter" t-shirt line, and not one, not two, but three of the weirdest hypotheticals you'll ever hear (all taken way more seriously than they deserve). Tied in with this, we've got the "Best Cars to be Run Over By 2018 Roundup," because we are willing to do in-depth journalism. We've also got Ben saying quite possibly the worst thing he's ever said on the show while Josh explores his dream remake of the 25+ year old movie, 'The Wizard.' Yes, the Nintendo movie. It's so bad. Sound the horns and prepare the thrones! The Kings of Drink Mountain have returned! This episode puts them to the test as they face a horrifying new beverage foe. Meanwhile, Josh is just horrifying, whether it's his taste in music at the grocery store, his desire for a certain bit of Napoleon "memorabilia," or his question about whether food can ever be good if it's...no you'll just have to listen. Speaking of Napoleon, Josh comes up with a great new sitcom idea. Are you listening, Hollywood? Our bank accounts are open to your money! They're also open to a certain beverage maker's money, as we initiate 3 lawsuits in the course of the show. We've also got Braindead Trivia, a round of Who Would Drink This?, and a new game where we try to come up with a new name for today's beverage. On top of all that goodness, there's a "special treat" at the end (if you can make it that far). So grab a seat and listen as Ben and Josh suffer through their newest drink, so you don't have to. Not just a friend, but a massive part of DWJ history; a chunk of the rich tapestry that is Drink Mountain, if you will. However, as beverage professionals, they try their best to not let this somber occasion bring down the rest of the program. America (and Greenland and New Zealand)'s Favorite Podcast must go on!

And in tribute to their lost friend, they bring out a heavy hitter in the drink establishment; this is no time for games, after all. Unless that game is Braindead Trivia or Who Would Drink This? which both make an appearance in this episode. There's also Josh's latest business idea, his mom's football ad, and the worst shout outs in podcast history. It all culminates in Ben's touching, heartfelt ode to their lost friend.
