This week Josh drags Ben back to McDonald's because he apparently can only think of two places that sell drinks. After Josh (illiterately) goes over the menu, they get Caramel Frappes. It is at this point that the show devolves into its usual mess of nonsense. They talk nighttime corn dogs, disease ridden doors, and Josh inadvertently comes out of the closet. All this and a drink review, on the latest Drinks With Josh! (It's better than it sounds, really.)
